If I subject unmagnetized Neo to elevated temperature but stay below the curie temperature will this adversely affect the magnet when later magnetizing? In other words, will I still be able to fully magnetize the magnet after it cools?

For most magnet materials (especially Neo) there is a temp lower than Curie that will result in some metallurgical damage.
This temp depends on the exact composition of the magnet and the length of exposure.
What kind of exposure do you have in mind?

irreversible loss happens if temp over operation temp even below curie temp. Permanently damage to the structure usually happens at high temperatures, but for certain neodymium magnets this can happen as low as 100°C.
 
If the Neo magnets are nickel plated, I've found out the hard way that temperatures over 400 degF can cause microcracks in the plating, leading to corrosion. It's not normally a problem if you are talking about an injection molding situation where the magnet is exposed to an elevated temperature for a very short amount of time.
