What is the type or designation? and what kind of tube it is?

For example, BS3059/440 is a kind of Nonresulfurized 1016 Carbon steel, equivalent to ASTM 512/1016 (Buttweld) or 513/1016 (ERW), A519/1016 (smls), etc.
