maximum allowable stress value in ASME calculation

I wish to build a pressure vessel in accordance to ASME Section VIII Design Code by using AD Merkblatt material plate.

Any one please advise the Maximum Allowable Stress Value of the following AD Merkblatt material used for such design calculation,
01). P 265 S (SPH 265) EN 10207 @ 300oF
02). P 235 S (SPH 235) EN 10207 @ 300oF

Are they equivalent to ASME material;
01). SA-285 A @ 300oF which is 12,900 psi
02). SA-285 B @ 300oF which is 14,300 psi

Will appreciate any one assistances.

Have you considered consulting the publication Stahlschlussel? It cross references all steels (in the world I think).

In Stahlschlussel 50 Jahre book I could not find the ASME equivalent of these both steels. See page 250. Also it's written that they are simple pressure vessels steels.

But I know that 265 means 38425 psi yield strenght....But I'm not sure it is SMYS or what temp...

I worked with P265GH (EN10028), P275N, .... In ADM2000 I don't find this grade !

In the addenda july 2003 of ASME section II Part D, there are allowable stress for P275N, P275NH and P295GH.

For european grade not listed in ASME section II part D, you don't find the allowable stress but the yield strength and temperature. And you had to apply the method described in Tables 1-100/2-100 of ASME section II Part D to deduce the allowable stress according to ASME VIII.

For equivalence, I know that some supplier gave equivalence between P265GH and SA-516 Gr 70.
