Dear All,
Current module is a single piece structure of 21000mm to be erected.
Based on erection handbook it says that erector to attain plump vertical structure within 1mm out of plump per vertical meter, not to exceed total 5mm.
However this is abit difficult to achieve at job site.
Based on AISC code of standard standard practice for steel buildings and bridges Section
7.13.1.1. For an individual column shipping piece, the angular variation of the working line
from a plumb line shall be equal to or less than 1/500 of the distance between working
points, subject to the following additional limitations:
Am i safe to say that 1/500 of 21000 gives me a tolerance of 42mm?
