We are having and issue with air in our steam absorber. We had a ex-McQuay tech. in to decrystallize the chiller for 6 hrs. he add deionized water to the heat exchanger to do this. After about 30 hrs of work it is running but we still are getting air bubbles out of the purge tank and vessel through the vacuum pump every day for about 10-30 minutes. Unit was pressurized and leak check with nothing noticable. Is there any experience McQuay Asborber people available to help with any answer to this issue? Thank You

Dear,

your machine may have crystaliced due to vacuum brake, so it could have lead to coression inhibitor deplication, so it is generating non condencable gases which you now noticing in bubble test, so analyse the libr and charge required quantity of inhibitor as recomended by mcquay.

if you are not satisfied with our suggession kindly reply and let us know the status.
