MDL Apps

I get an error message "bad version number for mdl application 'msecse-3d'". How can this be fixed? were trying to get some of the .ba files from v7 to work on v8. ie. scales, section cuts, and other misc. cells. any info would be appreciated. thanks.

typically I don't think v7 mdl apps work in V8. But if you google search enough you probably can find the equivalent V8 mdl app

Thats right MDLs are very platform specific and you need to get the new progroamed and recompiled one for the right version of ustn.

This depends on how well you are versed in VBA? This will help if you really know your MDL apps and how to create them using the mdl langauge.
