Measure signs on screen

Hi I am having a problem with measuring solids and the measure icon stays on screen and I can not get rid of it does anyone else have this problem and knows how to turn it off?

Do you have the show dimension annotation pull under results display turned on?

F5 is the right answer here.

These measurement annotations remain visible until a screen refresh, which can happen a few different ways automatically, and with F5 immediately.
