I have been playing with the Measure Tool function. I cannot figure out how to do what the old Measure Bodies did.
Often our designers will use Measure Bodies after putting a tool together to make sure it is under a certain weight. If it is not, they then need to find ways to cut the weight down. However, with this new Measure Tool, I cant figure out how to get the total weight of multiple bodies at the same time. It seems like we have to select each body separately. Then it only gives you the mass for the body you have highlighted in the list. On top of this, I cannot get the results to show up in the information window.
I am having a real hard time believing that they took such a simple command and made it a hundred times harder or even impossible, so I have to believe I just havent figured out how to work it right yet. .... I hope! Because come Monday when this update goes through to all the designers to use, there's going to be a lot of grumbling if I cant show them how to do it.

My brain is like a sponge. A sopping wet sponge. When I use it, I seem to lose more than I soak in.
