I am using CATIA command start to start c:measure inertia with a surface already selected by user. By default 3 D inertia properties are displayed but I need 2 D inertia properties. Is there any method I can start 2 d properties directly or any other way of doing this?

I ll do this with win API...

if you not familiar with win API and window handler then please google it.

Took me several days to get started... you'll need something like spy++ to 'read' windows and activate button. It is included in Visual studio 2015, not sure where it is in VS 2017...

Thank you Eric. I don't have Visual Studio in my workstation. So I can't find out the button name for measure inertia 2D.
Could anyone help me with the script to run measure 2D inertia after the line CATIA.StartCommand "Measure Inertia"

Or is there any other way I can measure the 2d moment of inertia , area and principal moments of a surface
