Hi,
I have to measure the radius of a needle.
I attached a drawing of needle, where you can see that the dimension of the needle radius is R=0.2032 ± 0.0025 (0.008"±0.0001").
Today we use a "Conefocal" microscope (the system bolong to another company, and very expensive, price of 60,000 $)
We want to buy cheap system which have the same measuring precision.
"Conefocal" precision at zoom of X 100: Z axis=10 nm ; X,Y axis=120nm
The measuring area on the radius on X,Y axis, is 0.12mmX0.12mm
thanks
