Hi folks
are you aware on guidelines applicable to ventilation requirements for meat processing facilities and abattoirs
required fresh air and exhaust rates and ACH and filter efficiency?

Try ASHRAE 62.1 for facilities similar in nature. Seach for ASHRAE 62.1 ventilation rates. You might be able to find an old copy free on the internet
