Mechanical Catalog and preservation procedure for pressure vessels

I have following questions .

1) Does any one that what is Mechanical Catalog of Pressure Vessel and where can I find a sample catalog

2) What is the preservation procedure for Vessels and Tanks(Means that after delivery at site some vessels errects after 6 to 12 months . So how to prevent those vessels)

1. No. Could it be the documentation for the given vessel, consisting of drawings, sparepart list and instructions?

2. Preservation requirements for large projects most often is given as a written description as part of the contract, and could vary according to storage and transport conditions, and may be more or less detailled.

For vessels it will always include adequate protection of all orifices on outer surface, preventing penetration from outside of dirt and climatic conditions.

May require preservation of inside surfaces with removable fluids/coating to protect agianst corrosion. In case be sure to select coating compatibel to all components, including sealings, and one that will not give problems (particles (mechanical) or chemical) for the process when removed.
