mechanical pins for concrete topping

I am attempting to tie a 3" thick concrete topping down to the structural slab below with some kind of mechanical pins at certain intervals (don't trust bonding agent alone, and don't want the topping to debond and curl).
Instead of typical rebars/dowels with messy drill/grout operation, any kind of shoot-in pins that would achieve the same goal?

I'm not aware of any. I have always specified drill and epoxy reo across the interface.

Drill and epoxy is better. You can shoot 3" nails into the concrete (they are hardened and will penetrate about 3/4" into the concrete, then wrap tie wire around all of them to give continuity to the whole scheme. You'll need to put those at about 12" o.c. each way to be effective.
