Mechanical Property of NACE Material 1

The Valve material is WCB>>NACE. By which reference should I compare mechanical property of NACE. Should I compare with WCB as reference or not? Dose NACE material less mechanical property than WCB or it must be the same?

It basically means that WCB shall conform to whatever NACE Standard e.g. MR0175, MR0103 referenced which will meet the metalurgical and manufacturing requirements for sour service specified in the particular standard.
