Mechanical seal Air Test Bench as per API-682

Hi everyone,
This is my first post on this forum. we at our plant(Oil & Gas Sector) want to indiginize a test bench for Air testing of Refurbished mechanical seals. Air test bench will be developed by using in_house resources
Can any one on this forum help me to develop Air test bench. Actually, we refurbish Mechanical seals at our plant by procuring all the spares from OEM. We want to test the in-house refurbished seal on test bench

Some of my questions regarding development of Air Test bench are as follows.
1- What are the components which are required for air test bench development.(e:g, Pressure gauges, tubing, Air vessel, compressor etc,)
2- P& ID for development of test bench.
3-Any other information which can help me to develop Test bench.

what is the test pressure? you may need some valves...

Test Pressure would be 1.70 bar as guided in API-682
