Dear all

I am facing persistent seal leakage problem. I am in doubt that seal environment is not as per requirement. That is fluid contains impurities can this be the case? How to get rid fron it?

Did you contact the vendor to review the correct seal material or type used for the pump?
If the impurity in the fluid was an issue, consider to add a strainer or filter in the pump inlet.

Strainer is already there. I want to know one should select mesh size depending upon pump requirement or seal requirement? Recently a leaky seal leakage rectified when I changed mesh size of a pump

Why changed the pump mesh size if the original worked fine for the seal as well as pump?
Or, can you consider adding a separate filter just for the seal?

Other pumps are still troubling. Yes Now I am thinking to add separate more fine mesh for leaky seals.

Think about cyclone separator on the seal flush.

Google : Cyclone Separator, Hydrocyclone System, Burgmann Zy ...
