Mechanical Testing Lab in Canada?

I am estimating a raft of mechanical testing for procedure qualifications (bends, tensiles and Charpys to ASME IX) and I am finding that prices have risen sharply in the past 6 or so years. In fact they are as much as 3 to 4 times higher, a bit of a shock for me and my client.

So I am asking for possible labs outside of Ontario. There there has been considerable consolidation of labs here; the reduction in competition probably explains much of the rise.

Any suggestions?

I use Testlabs International in Winnipeg... they are excellent.
