What is the cubic foot size of "H" type oxygen cylinder?
There seem to be a lot of requirements for storage/use of these cylinders after 300 cubic feet size bottles.

Are you asking for the actual cylinder volume or how many cubic feet of compressed oxygen can be stored in a "h" cylinder when it is filled?

Found a reference to 'Compressed Breathing Air. 244 Cubic Feet/Cylinder. Medical Grade, 99.99% Purity. Size H.'

Matheson lists a size 1H cylinder as 10" [must be typo for 9"] diameter x 51" high, steel, tare weight 186 pounds, internal volume 1.55 cubic feet.

AirGas gives dimensions 9x51" for a 2HP cylinder weighing 187 pounds, but gives internal volume as 1.53 cubic feet, and Air Liquide calls it a 44H, and note is also a Matheson 1H. Looks like max. pressure per DOT is 3500 psig. Comparison chart

For 300 cubic feet (compressed) to fit into a 1.53 cu. ft. volume, pressure must be about 2900 psi. Or, 2350 psi will give 244 cu. ft.
