Menu Freezes

Hello,

I got a co-worker that is using UGNX5.0.5.3 MP1 and Winxp SP2 32bit.

On occasions, his menu in UGNX5 would just freeze up.

I suggested that he use the classic menu on winxp and UG menu still freezes although a lot shorter now.

Any fix on this issue?

I'm having a similiar problem with the mouse randomly losing focus (NX 5.0.2.2 MP2) A quick click to a diff app and then back to NX gets my focus back, but I'd be very interested to learn why and/or how to fix.
