Mesh Creation in NX5

Hello,

I am creating a 2d triangular mesh of a wheel liner for mold flow analysis.
Any suggestions on how to create a nice mesh?
There are so many options. I usually just look at the density of the mesh and the aspect ratio.

Are there anymore I should be considering?
