Hello all,
I am trying to run the student version of ANSYS 17.2 on my personal computer, and every time I try to add a mesh to my geometry the mesh editor crashes and the following massages appear:
Error ! The Meshing editor does not have a valid license.
Warning
My key specs. are:
Windows 10
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz, 2601 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)
16 GB RAM
NVIDIA GTX 960M
I have already tried the following:
Double checked the environmental variable pointing at the license file
Created a new environmental variable ANS_OLD_ATTACH = 1
Ran the "product and CAD configuration 17.2 .exe" and installed all required prerequisites
Uninstalling and reinstalling.
Installing a previous version (16.2).
Installing using elevated administrator account.
Disabled anti-virus, fire-wall.
Disabled IPv6.
Please Help !!!!
