Hello ,

I started using Abaqus 6.7-1 one month ago to modelize an indentation in a steel. Because of very large deformation I have decided to use mesh to mesh solution but I am now facing some problems (I read almost all I could, forum, User's manual ... one week later nothing)
Here is the thing, my investigation lead me to that procedure:

- From model-1 I run job-1 (with restart requests) until critical mesh deformations occur.
-I creat a model-2
-I extract the deformed shape and convert it into a part (in model-2).
-I mesh it
-In the new model-2 I create steps that should finish the indentation with same boundary conditions, interaction properties etc
-I create and run a job-2 for model 2
-I modify the inp file for job 2, I add *MAP SOLUTION, STEP=1, INC=108, UNBALANCED STRESS=STEP

But after that I don't know how to create the conjunction between the two job. I read that I should do it from the command window with the oldjob property but I don't really get it. When I write abaqus job= job-2 oldjob=job-1 it tells me that the syntax is invalid. Can you please try to help me, I'm starting to have murder thoughts ?

Sorry for my incompetence but I would be happy to learn from you,

Thanks in advance

Following should work;
