THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!.........after reading your last tip about absolute addressing.......I went into work this morning did what you suggested and it worked! You have saved me hours and hours of frustration so thanks again. One interesting point, I still couldnt understand why everything worked ok on the template I e mailed to my home pc no matter where I saved it. My home pc runs word 98 and the works pc's are on word 2000, so I checked into the knowledge base and found word 2000 retrieves saved templates differently from word 98 (article id Q214215) Just my luck!
