How do metal panels typically accommodate wall girt deflections? The girts could possibly deflect 3/4'' midspan between columns. How does this affect the panels? Can someone point me in the right direction or section of code if applicable? Thanks!

Wall panel stiffness is in the opposite axis of girt stiffness and is generally flexible. Deformation is simply the relative deformation of one girt to the next one.

Plus, to add to what dik said, the panel connections usually have a little slop in them that adds up in deflection.
