Yes I posted this in the Industrial Engineer section and I know that double posting is not a great idea but I realy want as much input as possible -- I promise never to do it again until next time.
I have noticed that many of the issue discussed have a coolant and/or filtration issues and they don't seem to be handled very well.
I have 30 years experience in selling, applying, problem solving and design and testing of MWFs for one of the major North American fluid manufacturers. Would it be helpful if I started a form on MWFs and tried to deal with the issues associated with the selection, maintenance and management of coolants, cutting oils, rust preventatives, washing compounds etc.??
I would appreciate any input either for or against!
