What is the lowest and the highest meter factor of the turbine meter can be adopted at the meter proving during offloading?

Impossible to say from this level of data. Give us a lot more detail.

Thanks for the interesting and the answer.

As you know, when you do offloading oil vessels and after stability of temperature, pressure and flow rate is calibrated offloading meters that are shipping through them and that by prover until we get the meter factors of these meters at the end of offloading is correct quantity passers-through meters, which have been shipped to the tanker factors obtained from the calibration meters .
The question here is" What is the lowest and the highest meter factor of the turbine meter can be adopted at the meter proving during this offloading?">
Example
For positive displacement meters and shipping during which the highest factor will be adopted during the calibration is 1.0030 and the lowest factor of 0.9970 is to be adopted.
I hope that I have made it clear question

Ok, more data is good.

The whole purpose of meter proving is to provide the meter factor for your exact conditions that exist at that time. There are many variables which affect this and hence the meter factor can vary by a significant amount depending no what those variables are.

AFAIK, there are no set ranges of meter factor variance as this would limit the ability of the proover to do its job. The range you give as an example is really quite low.

I still don't get the reason why you clearly think there is a fixed range, but hope you find what you're looking for.
