Hi there ! Was wondering is there any way to control or to measure the chemical composition of a ESD Powder that I bought ?
I'm currently working on a project which build using EGP material. I wanted it to be ESD powder coated. However, I am getting a very unstable results for the ESD value. I was told to do a complete buffing on the EGP surface before the powder process which I did, but some of the area still showing high resistivity.
I'm following according to IEC 61340-2-3:2016 method (Point to Point measurement) to measure the resistivity value. I was wondering is it due to some of the chemical composition in the Powder that causing the unstable result for the ESD value.
