I'm trying to concentrate or condense methylene chloride air or vapor stream back to liquid form. Solvent is carried through pipes with nitrogen.
We've used 20 degree chillers on shell & tube exchangers channeled to a water stripping column. Pitiful capture results with the concentration of input solvent. Concentration on activated carbon could be costly due to volume. Is there a zeolite to capture water vapor but lets methylene chloride through?

Have you considered scrubbing with a low-volatility oil (chilled if necessary), then stripping the MeCl2 out of the oil? If you get a lot of water condensing, at least you'll be able to separate it easily enough.
