Metric Equivalent to MS9556 Bolt

Hello,

I work in aerospace industry and I'm trying to find an M5x0.8. I'm trying to find something equivalent to MS9556. I need double hexagon extended washer head, 3.5 inches in length A286 material.

Can anyone direct me to metric spec and source of supply?
