MICA Insulation Standards - Old Editions

Does anyone have any suggestions as to where one might go to lay their hands on a copy of the 4th Edition of the Midwest Insulation Contractors Association standards manual?... They are up tp the 6th Edition and the 4th Edition may be out of print for about 10 years.
