What would you guys classify a brewery? OH2 or OH1? Its a small brewery with no storage labeled as A-2.

So what are they brewing???

Near Beer

Or

Moonshine??

I think their are a few code paths to consider (depending on which codes are enforceable in your jurisdiction):
-- The ICC would classify this as an F-2 occupancy, low-hazard factory industrial. This allows for the production of beverages up to 16% alcohol content.
-- Similarly, NFPA 13 would classify this is as ordinary hazard group 1, unless distilling is taking place, then it would be an ordinary hazard group 2. You can also consult the annex information for these for more clarification.
-- Additionally, NFPA 101:6.2.1.2, requires the hazard of contents to be classified by the registered design professional.

I am pretty sure distilling is just whiskey and not beer. So Right now I am thinking it is OH1

OH G2 because of the idle pallet storage. Be careful if the distillery performing canning operations. Automatic canning equipment commonly will assemble the palletized load. Part of this process involves inserting a 1/8 inch sheet of HDPE of PE film. An assembled pallet load can have > 15% unexpanded plastic, which which is an Exposed Unexpanded Group A plastic. In this case, the Low Pile Storage provisions in NFPA 13 are applicable.
