Micrography Analysis on Flat Products EN10028-2

Someone could help me what is the criteria for micrography analysis 200:1 and 500:1 of a plate material according EN10028-2, 10CrMo9-10 (AD-2000 W1). Since the standard of material is not requiring this analysis, but my client want to do this, how can we evaluate the analysis?
