Micrologix 1200 communication using rs232 connect in df- router 1

Hi guys, need help for this.

how to communicate microgix1200 via rs232 connected to df1 router thru tcp/ip.
I already configured the PLX51-DF1-ENI. and it is already present in rslinx, but the plc cannot find.
I already pressed the COMM0 in cpu of plc. but there is no green light indicator in COMM0.

I just set one of those up to communicate with a SLC500. It wasn't clear from the documentation but where it seems like you are making edits online, it's still necessary to download the project to the module.
