Microsoft Project %complete and status date

I am using MSProject 2010. I fail to update the project % complete to flush with the status date(in other words, the % complete up to status date). Photo attached showing % complete is updated to a day before status date. Anybody can help? Thanks.

Try using "Update Project" option, located in Project tab.
