Migrating all I-deas TeamCenter data to NX

How do I go about migrating all the I-deas data we have in TeamCenter over to NX without doing it one at a time?

Also I noticed CMM has an option to set the "Target Data" as File System or Managed. I assume that if I set it to File System it puts it somewhere on the C: drive but where does it put it and how does it retain the associations in the assemblies?
