mimic indicators

Guys

I need to source some valve position indicators to use in a mimic. The old ones are basically a 22.5 mm lamp body with 4 leds arranged in a cross...two red horizontally and two green vertically, so you either get a red stripe along the pipe (valve open ) or a green stripe across the pipe (valve closed).

Any pointers as to a source for replacements gratefully received, UK preferred but not essential

I have seen similar product brand was Polisch but don't remember this sorry. Mostly we use CEWE from sweden to retrofit some of these devices, however they are not equiped with LED's. They should be available in the UK. else vidit theyre web site
