I have a problem with a ride wheel application. I have a wheel that is 28 mm in diameter and 14 mm in width, It is possible to place two miniature bearings within the wheel but their life span is significatly reduced. The estimated radial load on the wheel is 150 lbs (~667 N) and the wheel will see some side loading under operational pressures of 1500 psi. I have looked at bushings and was told that the applied load was too great using a 7mm axle. Does anyone have suggestions as to what I can use to increase the life span of this part?
