Dear all,
I need to design a miniature electric scissor lift. Generally, it must be no larger than about 30 mm X 20 mm and a extended height of 10 mm. Minimum height is of a high importance and must be equal or less than (if possible) 5 mm. This lift must fold. Therefore, a screw actuator is needed.
My question, is it possible to find a linear actuator miniature enough to fit into the mechanism. Moreover, how could I calculate the diameter of scissor arms that can support predetermined force (100 N) on the upper plate when the scissor lift is expanded.
Thank you in advance,
Shaban
