Dear All,
Can anyone refer me to particular code and section regarding minimum distance for propane sphere tank with working capacity of 10098 BBLS. I have four spherical propane tanks in a dike area which I think are very closely located to each other and other bullet NGL tanks. I am working on risk analysis for a NGL process plant in west virginia. I am checking following codes for reference but need some guidance from experts here. West virgia use 2009 IBC, 2009 IFC, 2009 IMC, 2009 International fuel gas code and NFPA 58. Thank you for timely response since I have to submit my findings tomorrow night.
