Minimum Reinforcement-Precast Slabs 1

Can anyone help me in determining required minimum reinforcing in a precast slab. The slab in question is a cover for a pit. Loads are not significant. Minimum reinforcing governs the design. ACI code doesn't address this issue specifically.
