Minimum short circuit fault level calculations

What is the requirement for calculating the minimum fault levels?
According to IEC Standard, Maximum and Minimum short circuit levels must be produced. I have a SKM PowerTools for Windows software which calculates Comprehensive Fault Currents without a mention of the minimum fault currents. If I want to establish Minimum fault currents what steps should be taken?

I believe there is an IEC fault module. Look into that.

You have to buy IEC fault module with SKM and remember to activate it when it starts up. It gives you check boxes to check off.

Among other modules is the A_fault which performs SCC calcs per ANSI/IEEE stds., which you seem to be working with.

If you have SKM then you can use Dapper to calculate fault levels using either loadflow voltages or IEC 909 Table 1.

The IEC standard does not recognise the use of loadflow voltages for fault current calculations

For the UK, (from memory) the standard uses Cmin and Cmax values of 0.95 and 1.05 for voltages below 1000V, above 1000V the values are 1 and 1.1.

These can be seected from Dapper when you select the option to run the study calculations
