Minimum thickness in UW-16

Do dimension (tmin) consider thicknesses of parts corroded in UW-16 or nominal thicknesses?

t[sub]min[/sub] is defined in terms of t,t[sub]n[/sub] and t[sub]e[/sub], and all of them are nominal thicknesses as called for by code in UW-16.
