Is there a specification which dictates the positioning of
of an electrical transmission transformer yard for a Ammonia
Refrigeration Plant?

It makes sense and cost effective to position the Intake substation as close to the load centre.However I must consider the risk in the event of leakage of Ammonia and what effect it would have on the LV open busbars in the Power Transformer yard.
