Mirror ruined equations?

I have an assembly with about 25 parts. I made a mirror of the assembly as a configuration. Now NONE of the equations work, so I cannot resize it using a global variable. I had it so that you can enter a length, width, height...and it would adjust all the parts accordingly. Now all the equations have a "!" next to it. The syntax looks fine. What gives?
