Missing edges (UGNX)

I have an assembly of a cap head screw (symbolic thread) into a tapped radial hole in a circular collar.
In Drafting, in a side view, the silhouette edge of the screw body and collar does not appear but if I blank the screw and update views the edge is there. I have tried all the options in view display with no positive results.

Under prefs, View Display:

Have you tried resetting the view tolerance to 0?

Silhouettes turned on in the 'smooth edges' prefs?

Interferring solids turned on? off? in the hidden lines prefs?
