Missing MSSTDFMT.DLL file - executable does not run 1

An associate is trying to run a Visual Basic Executable program written by me, and he is getting the following message:

Class not registered.
You need the following file to be installed on your machine. MSSTDFMT.DLL

He can run other Visual Basic 6 executable programs that I have written, just not this one. I have copied MSSTDFMT.DLL to his C:\WINNT\system32 then rebooted and ran the VB6 exe without success.

Did you register the DLL. To register it, open the DLL file with Regsvr32.exe
