Hi,
I have a strange request does anyone out there have access to a Takisawa ex110 cnc lath 2002 model? I am looking for details on the turret drive motor timing pulley. I sent the motor out for repairs and it was retuned without the pulley then the courier truck bringing the pulley was hijacked so now I have no pulley. The agents can’t supply me with a new one they can’t even tell me how many teeth are on it so I am in a bit of a pickle. If someone out there with the same machine could count the number of teeth on their machine I could make up a new one. The driven pulley has 72 teeth and an 8mm pitch unfortunately the centre distance is adjustably, otherwise I could work out the teeth from the belt length.
