Missing sketch based feature

I have removed, misplaced, or done something with the construction element icon inside the sketcher workbench. I realize this must seem pretty elimentary, but if anyone can help me I would sincerely appreciate it. I am at a loss for a means of retrieving it.

Try this(in Sketcher):
View>Toolbars>Customize>Toolbars(tab)>Tools(select)>click"Remove commands"(to verify if"Construction Element" is included in command list)>[if is not included then]>click"Add commands" & select"Construction Element" from the command list.
Not sure, but it may work.
