Mistake Identified in ASME BPVC.VIII.1-2023 Appendix 41 Example

Hello Engineers!

I've noticed a mistake in ASME BPVC.VIII.1-2023 Appendix 41 that might cause confusion affecting results in Example 41-10 Step 2 (h/p calculation) and subsequently impacting:

Step 2: Correct h/p is 1.62/0.98425 = 1.6459 psi, but due to the error, it's 1.519.
Step 11: Correct sigma is 19390 psi, but due to the error, it's 20970 psi.
Step 12: Correct tau is 1158.9 psi, but due to the error, it's 1256 psi.
