Mitsubishi 3016 Electrodes; Need Used! Can they be Repaired..??

Does anyone know where I could get a used set of Electrodes for a Mitsubishi 3016 Resonator. Mine is one of the very first lasers, it is a 1989 3016HC. I believe any 3016 set will work. These are very expensive to replace and I just put a new set on my 1998 4030 last year. Or is it possible to fix the rubber that supports the glass on these...?
